COMPASS is specifically designed for boys & girls who have completed 3rd grade through 6th grade. Hesperus offers the opportunity to get away from the familiar and the distractions that kids face on a daily basis (not to mention being in the mountains with beautiful weather and crazy fun). Our staff are experts in providing a meaningful experience that is safe and incredibly fun. When you come to Hesperus, you will hear the gospel preached, be challenged through scripture, engage in meaningful worship and get some time alone and with your group to process what God is doing.
At the same time, Hesperus is intentional about its high energy recreation and allowing kids to be kids. That includes things like 33 MPH zip-lines, crafts, disc golfing, the mud pit, and a host of other things. If you allow it, a week at Hesperus can and will change your life forever.
After you register, you will receive detailed information via email about medical release forms, activity waivers, our traveling timeline, etc. ALL of the info you need! We will transport the kids with us to and from camp from River Community Church in Questa. You are not responsible for getting them to camp. We will also have a parent meeting prior to camp where you can meet the leaders and get any questions you may have answered. up your brand.
